If content for requested information didn’t show up …

First, check your junk mail folder. Sometimes we get sent there until you put us on your ‘safe sender list’ – your white list. This is happening to ecommerce retailers more and more these days, because spammers are getting very creative. It’s a hassle if it happens to you, and we love and bless our email providers for putting systems in place to protect us.

So, please us on your ‘safe sender list’ – your white list. Each email provider has it’s own procedure.

Here are the general steps:

1.Open your email account

2.Check your junk mail folder for the following URL’s

3.Add the above URL’s as ‘Safe’ domain names

4.Or try adding those URL’s as contacts in your address book or list of contacts.
